How it works

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide you with a consultation on your project.

During this initial stage we will ask you to provide us with all plans and documentation to get a better understanding of your project.

We will set up a time to meet for an inspection of your land to determine orientation, neighbouring dwellings, significant fauna, fall of land and potential outlooks and views.

Once we agree to move to the next step we will request an initial investment to prepare your job estimation.

During this stage we will go though the pricing, timeline, proposed start dates, interior and exteriors materials and a coherent price break down, so you know where your money is going.

If you think we are a good fit for you, we will prepare our Building Contracts and get the ball rolling.

Let the construction begin! We will keep you regularly updated  on the build process, catch up for site meetings and continually make sure you are happy with the progress of the build.

We will obtain the Certificate of Occupancy and complete a final inspection with yourself to insure we meet our quality assurance checklist.

Final walk through and hand over. Providing you with all the certificates, appliance manuals and most importantly your keys!

Three months down the track we will check in and see if we can be any further assistant.
